Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Over a month and no order and no response. I have contacted them for WEEKS on different platforms and they never once responded to me.
Promised a refund but is not willing to send a confirmation email. Upon contacting them about the refund issue they tell me they can’t refund me. They then say I should expect an email for the refund after rejecting my refund?
They can’t even give me clear answers. I never used this site in my life but I am so, so disappointed in this company.
For such an inclusive brand... What a deceptive company.
I'm giving them a 2 because I actually really like the underwear...when and if I actually receive them. I've been waiting 2.5 weeks for my last order which seems to be stuck in customs somewhere. I don't understand how having every order shipped from China is a good business model, but this will be the last time I order and I'll be disputing the charge since I have yet to receive the product.
Also, customer service is awful. Both times it's taken days to respond ("so sorry we missed this!") and their solution was to give me a 20% off coupon. No thanks.
I actually got the product in a reasonable amount of time, but, the fit was awful. The crotch is too narrow and the underwear kept creeping up my derriere. I had the right size underwear and I do not have a big derriere. I will NEVER buy the product again. There was no packing slip or info about how to return the 5 unused underwear I bought. I just sent them an email asking how to return the poorly made underwear.
So I was looking around on the Parade website and added a few items to my cart, but was not ready to order. When my toddler woke up at midnight last night I gave her my phone to play with while I changed her diaper and she managed to place the order using my auto fill information (I know, I know, totally my fault, but still).
I emailed customer service within 15 minutes of the order being placed and they were closed, since it was midnight. I got an email at 8:20 AM, barely 8 hours after placing my order, saying that it has already shipped and cannot be cancelled. When I go online, there is no tracking information and it says order is being generated...
This sounds like a BS way to stop someone from cancelling an order. I responded to them to say there is no way my order has shipped and I did not have the funds, but they just responded that the order has been fulfilled and I can return the items if I’m not happy with them.
I ordered some undies on Feb. 1, 2021. Realized on the 17th i still havent received them and it looked like they hadnt moved since the 10th! I emailed customer service and got a response within a few hours saying that my package was lost and they would issue a refund or store credit. I took the credit and sent a gift card via email. I placed my new order a few days ago. I will update if I receive them or not.
If I could give zero stars, I would. They debited my account, never sent the product and ignored my multiple emails to customer service. Truly appalling, seems like they must be going bankrupt.
Horrible Customer Service. Like other reviewers, I was told my package was shipped but nothing arrived after 2 weeks and USPS has no package with tracking number provided.
Lots of promotional emails (unsubscribed) but no response to my inquiry. I will not purchase from them again and will be disputing the charge.
I definitely agree with the other review posted on here. Parade has HORRIBLE customer service.
When I placed my order, I received a few emails from them and got constant updates (regarding sales and promotions). The day after placing my order, I wanted to cancel my order because I ended up ordering two of the same hoodies. They were very quick to respond to that email saying that my order was already on the way and it wouldn't be possible to cancel.
My tracking number did not update for weeks. I assumed that my package was lost or never shipped to begin with.
Nearly three weeks later, my package arrived so I emailed them again asking if I could initiate a return now that I have the pieces with me. This alone, took them 10 days to respond to. Now, they're claiming that they don't accept returns but they can give me store credit or refund me. So, I agreed to a refund and it's been a week. Nothing.
It's super frustrating for an order to take nearly a month to get to me when it's a domestic package (I actually live in the same state they ship from). There's no reason why they should be taking this long to respond to emails. I have placed orders from overseas and have received my packages quicker than this whole monstrosity with Parade.
Luckily, I can still dispute this with my bank but I would never buy anything from them again.
Their clothing is poor quality, similar to something you would get at customized hoodie/shirts stands at the mall (I actually think you could get a better quality hoodie or shirt from the stands at the mall). The tags itch and it's likely to pill after a few washes.
Please do not spend your hard earned money and find other businesses who care about their customers.
Parade (the millenial underwear company -- side note, how are there no reviews on here for it???) has great marketing and is totally greenwashing it's "sustainability" model.
I ordered underwear here and was so excited for it. When I ordered, apparently the website hadn't updated with the latest stock (lame) and so they emailed me to change my order. Fine, okay. Disappointed cause the colors I wanted were gone, but fine.
I finally got my order and the underwear fits so weird. The brief is okay, nothing special. But the thongs are SO TIGHT like literally UP YOUR BUTT HOLE tight and same with the cheeky ones. Like I guess that makes your butt cheeks look good but SO uncomfortable.
So fine, the fit doesn't work. I have been trying to make a return for TWO WEEKS and they still have NOT gotten back to me. I've emailed and texted and nothing. So weird, compared to when they would email me daily when I was trying to place an order... HMMM.
Had high hopes for this millenial company, but now I see right through them. Thoroughly disappointed and I can't even get a refund. Also, weird how there are no negative reviews on their website?????
